Women's Basketball Faces UConn in Hall of Fame Exhibition

CHESTNUT HILL, Mass. - Boston College women's basketball is set to face reigning national champions, UConn, Â in the Hall of Fame Exhibition Game on Monday at 2 p.m. in Uncasville, Conn., at Mohegan Sun Arena
Monday's contest will air on NBC Sports Boston, while the BC and UConn men's teams will face each other at 7 p.m. in the second game of Monday's doubleheader. Tickets for both games are on sale HERE.
Boston College won 16 games last season, highlighted by an ACC Tournament win over Syracuse and a WBIT appearance.
The Eagles bring in 11 newcomers, including six transfers, four freshmen, and BC lacrosse standout Emma LoPinto. Athena Tomlinson is back for her sophomore season after finishing fifth among all freshmen in assists per game (1.8) and Ava McGee returns from injury.
BC opens the season on Nov. 3 against Holy Cross at 6 p.m. in Conte Forum in the first of four straight games to start the season.Â
