NEWTON, Mass. - The Boston College women's soccer team picked up their seventh win of the season in a match against Cal State Fullerton.
The Eagles attacked early when Ella Richards had a shot attempt 20 seconds into the game that was saved. The Eagle's goal came off the rebound of the save when the ball bounced off the defender and went into the goal 24 seconds into the game.
BC out-shot the Cal State Fullerton 15-12. The Eagles had five shots on goal while the Titans only had 3.
Wiebke Willebrandt earned her fourth shutout of the season and the 12th of her career.
The Eagles return to action on Thursday for ACC action against No. 9 Notre Dame, kickoff is scheduled for 7:00 p.m.
