» Boston College football hosts Western Kentucky at Alumni Stadium with a Noon ET kickoff on Saturday, Sept. 28.
» The game will be broadcast on ACC Network. Jorge Sedano (play-by-play) and Orlando Franklin (analyst) are on the call with sideline reporter Morgan Uber.
» Coverage on the Boston College Sports Network begins 30 minutes prior to kickoff on WEEI 93.7 FM. Jon Meterparel (play-by-play) is joined on the call by former BC linebacker Pete Cronan in the booth and quarterback Scott Mutryn on the sideline.
» The game marks the first ever meeting between Boston College and Western Kentucky.
» BC senior running back Kye Robichaux started his career at WKU in 2021 and 2022. He rushed for 828 yards in two seasons with the Hilltoppers.
» Since joining the ACC in 2005, the Eagles are 37-20 in regular season, non-conference games against FBS opponents.
» BC is 3-1 or better to start a season for the first time since a 4-0 start in 2021 and fifth time since 2018.
» Thomas Castellanos ranks eighth in FBS and third in the ACC, the “Conference of Quarterbacks”, with a 193.2 passer rating. He is also 10th in yards per completion (16.2) and 13th in passing touchdowns (10).
» Donovan Ezeiruaku is tied for second in the ACC with five sacks, averaging 1.25 per game. He pushed his career total to 18.5, which is tied with Zach Allen (2015-18) and Sean Guthrie (1998-01) for sixth all-time at BC.
» Lewis Bond was named the ACC Wide Receiver of the Week after scoring the game-winning TD in his second career 100-yard game.
