Boston College holds 11-stroke lead; Ben Hong tied for first place after 36 holes
VERONA, N.Y. -- Ben Hong sits in a tie for first place, as Boston College has four golfers in the top 10 after the first two rounds of the Red Bandanna Invitational at Turning Stone.
Hong is 2-under par after 36 holes of play, carding an opening round 69 before closing Sunday's competition with a 1-over 73. Jack Pogorelc and Christian Emmerich are tied for third place, at even-par, while Markus Lam sits one stroke back, in sixth place.
The third and final round is set for Monday morning, as the Eagles will play alongside North Dakota State and Toledo. The shotgun start is set for 8 am.
