Eagles cap sixth consecutive day on the practice field.
CHESTNUT HILL, Mass. – Boston College football held preseason practice No. 14 on Sunday morning. The Eagles were in uppers inside Fish Field House for the sixth consecutive day of training ahead of Monday's off day.

DAY FOURTEEN DETAILS
Date: August 18
Location: Fish Field House
Weather: 70 and cloudy
Offensive Highlights: Redshirt-freshman quarterback Jacobe Robinson threw the first touchdown pass of the day over the top of the defense for a 40-yard strike to Jaedn Skeete. Robinson also hooked up with Jayden McGowan for a catch-and-run touchdown. Jordan McDonald displayed hard running between the tackles with several bursts through the hole into the second level. Thomas Castellanos connected with tight end Kamari Morales twice on one drive with Morales stopping on a dime to go past his defender on the second reception.
Defensive Highlights: Jalen Cheek got the day started for the defense with a jumping interception in the end zone. Defensive end Josiah Griffin and linebacker Daveon Crouch were each credited with sacks early in the team period. Defensive tackle Sedarius McConnell also provided pressure up the middle that flushed the QB from the pocket and forced an incomplete pass. Crouch again stepped up for a stop short of the sticks on a third-down run. Defensive back Jalon Williams forced a fumble on a completed pass, which was recovered by Isaiah Farris. Corner Amari Jackson knocked down a pass in the middle of the field on a near, full-extension dive.
Special Teams: Punting from the plus-side of the field, Sam Candotti's first punt went out of bounds at the two. Ivan Zivenko's first attempt was fair caught at the 10-yard line by Treshaun Ward. From the minus-20, Candotti booted punts of 45 and 50 yards.
