Eagles Drop 6-1 Decision to No. 35 Wake Forest

WEYMOUTH, Mass. – Boston College (6-7, 1-5 ACC) returned to action following its spring break against No. 35 Wake Forest (11-6, 3-1 ACC), dropping a 6-1 decision on Friday.
The Eagles struck early by taking two of three doubles matches to secure the first point of the match. Seren Agar and Nada Dimovska cruised to a 6-2 victory, followed by Tola Glowacka and Natalie Eordekian clinching the point in a 6-4 win.
Boston College would struggle to carry the momentum into singles action, surrendering five singles matches in straight sets. Agar would rally back to force a tiebreaker in the second set, falling just short 6-2, 7-6 (7-3).
