
Boston College Falls to No. 32 Georgia Tech

ATLANTA, Ga. – The Eagles (4-7, 0-4 ACC) struggled to take control against No. 32 Georgia Tech (12-5, 3-3 ACC), falling 6-1 on Friday afternoon.
Boston College continued its success in doubles competition, with No. 8 Juan Jose Bianchi/Jake Vassel taking down the No. 38 doubles team in the country 6-3. Matthew Overvelde and Will Kasten secured the doubles point for BC, taking their match 6-3.
The Eagles would be unable to score a victory in singles competition as Georgia Tech closed out the match 6-1. Overvelde forced a third set in his contest, falling short 6-2, 3-6, 6-1.
