Fencing set to compete at Tar Heel Duals on Saturday
CHAPEL HILL, N.C. – The Boston College Fencing continues their road stint as they travel to Chapel Hill, N.C. to compete in the Tar Heel Duals on Saturday, Feb. 10 at Eddie Smith Field House on the campus of University of North Carolina.Â

The Eagles traveled to Evanston, Ill. to compete in the Northwestern Duals on Feb. 3 and 4 at Northwestern University.Â
The meet was over the span of two days, with there being eight rounds on Saturday and six on Sunday. Boston College Men's and Women's teams both competed in five of eight rounds on Saturday, while the Men's team competed in five rounds on Sunday and the Women's team competed in all six. The Eagles were joined by some of the top teams in the country, including the No. 1 ranked Notre Dame Men's team.

TAR HEEL DUALSÂ
The Eagles will travel to the University of North Carolina to compete in the Tar Heel Duals Invitational. Boston College will be joined by UNC, NYU, LIU, NU, and Temple. The meet is scheduled to begin with round one at 8:00 a.m. The meet will consist of five rounds, with BC Men's team competing in three and the Women's team competing in all five rounds.Â

The men's schedule, while smaller, puts us against strong teams and rivals. Both squads have worked hard this short week to prepare for this weekend and were ready for the challenge."
