Women’s Ice Hockey Falls 3-1 to Boston University

CHESTNUT HILL, Mass. – The No. 11 Boston College Women's Hockey team fell to No. 14 Boston University 3-1 on Saturday evening in Hockey East play at Kelley Rink.
Kara Goulding scored her second goal of the season and career four minutes into the game. Goulding's goal ended up being the lone goal of the period.
In the second frame, The Terrier's offense controlled the majority of the 20 minutes. BU scored back-to-back goals to give them a 2-1 advantage heading into the final period.
Both sides traded chances in the final frame. With five minutes left in the game, the Terriers extended their lead to two goals, giving them a 3-1 victory.
