
Women's Basketball Inks Four to 2025 Recruiting Class

CHESTNUT HILL, Mass. - Boston College women's basketball is excited to announce the 2025 signing class, featuring four commitments - Amirah Anderson, Kylie Torrence, Kennedy Hall, and Jana Vesic.

Amirah Anderson | 5'11 | Guard | Stafford, Va. | Bishop Ireton
Ranked a four-star recruit and No. 75 according to ESPN ... A four-year letterwinner at Bishop Ireton in Virginia ... averaged over 14.0 points, 7.5 rebounds and three assists over the last two years ... is a two-time team captain ... helped her team capture the 2024 VISAA State title ... made the WCAC All-First and Second Team in back-to-back seasons ... two-time All-VISAA honoree ... made the Washington Post All-Metro Team ... earned the Alexandria Sportsman's Club Award ... earned the Throne National Championship First-Team honors ... on pace to becoming an 1,000-point scorer going into the season ... played with Team Takeover in the EYBL from 2022-24 ... made the Boo Williams All-Tournament Team and was a multiple EYBL session standout ... helped her U17 Team Takeover finish third at the 2024 EYBL National Tournament ... is the daughter of Mary and Mayo Wilson ... has four siblings ... her great uncle, Garry Maddox, played in the MLB with the San Francisco Giants and Philadelphia Phillies ... he was inducted into the Philadelphia Sports Hall of Fame.

Kennedy Hall | 6'3 | Forward | Indian Head, Md. | Westtown School
A four-star recruit on ESPN .... A four-year letterwinner in basketball and track at Westtown School ... .for her career, she averaged 18 points, eight rebounds, and three assists per game ... made the Adidas All-American Team, while capturing the Adidas national title and the 2023 2A Maryland state championship ... Washington Post First-Team All-State ... a Wooden Top-150 selection ... scored over 1,000 points of her career ... volunteered at multiple camps ... was on the principal's honor roll and Dean's List ... was awarded the academic letter and academic bar ... active member of the Key Club ... played her travel ball with Elevate Elite in 2023, Team Takeover from 2019-2022 and the FBC DMV in 2024 ... Kennedy is the daughter of Edwin and Rachael Hall ... her father ran track at North Carolina A&T and played basketball at Rochester and Villanova.

Jana Vesic | 5'7 | Guard | Serbia, Belgrade | Central Pointe Christian Academy
The fifth international signee for coach Mac since 2022-23 ... helped Team Serbia capture Bronze at the U18 FIBA U18 Women's Eurobasket, averaging 7.1 points, 1.6 rebounds and two assists in seven games ... her team won the FIBA U16 Women's European Championship Division B, where she turned in 8.9 points, 1.9 rebounds, and one assist in seven contests ... is the daughter of Ivan and Tamara ... has two siblings.

"Jana has great instincts and a high basketball IQ. As a three-level combo scoring guard, she has the ability to control the tempo of the game. She understands when to score and how to create scoring opportunities for her teammates. Playing for Central Pointe HS and the Serbian U18 National Team allowed her to compete and excel at the highest level. She is a competitor that is dedicated to improving her skills and winning. I am eager to see her grow as a player and expect her to excel in our system."
