
Mitchell Bests Two School Records at Bryan Clay Invitational

The women's team recorded six PRs and four additions to all-time program lists
AZUSA, Calif. – The Boston College track & field team put together a strong performance this weekend at the Bryan Clay Invitational in Azusa, California. BC saw six personal records set on the women's side, including four new additions to the program's all-time top-10 list.
Katherine Mitchell continued her outstanding 2022-23 campaign - setting two school records in the 1500m (4:14.85) and 800m (2:02.66). Mitchell placed 20th out of 165 and seventh out of 129 respectively.
Kyla Krawczyk put together the second-best 400m Hurdles time in program history (59.96) to place ninth out of 66 competitors. Krawczyk's time was just 0.05 seconds away from tying the school record.
Roshni Singh was the final Eagle to enter a top-10 list for the program - placing 19th in the 10k run with a time of 34:50.84. Singh's run places her at eighth all-time for Boston College.
Paige Carter also finished the weekend strong, placing fifth out of 188 runners in the 1500m Open A event with a PR time of 4:25.84. Carter set another personal best in the 5k, finishing the run in 16:22.63 for 20th place.
