CHESTNUT HILL, Mass. -- The Boston College men's golf team opens the 2023 spring slate at the Battle at Briar's Creek. Â
The two-day, 54-hole tournament will be held in Johns Island S.C. at the Golf Club at Briar's Creek. Teams will play 36 holes on Monday, Feb. 6 with a shotgun start at 8 a.m. and will play straight through to the second round. The third and final round will take place on Tuesday, Feb. 7 with another 8 a.m. shotgun start.
There is no shortage of water, marshes, wetlands and wildlife, along with the occasional bunker, rough, and gently rolling, but quick putting surface. Set on more than 800 acres on scenic Johns Island, this private retreat provides an unhurried lifestyle and world-class golf.
