Levy Garners Season-Long Statistical Award from Hockey East

Levy was named the PNC Bank Three Stars Award winner.
AMESBURY, Mass. – Abigail Levy was named the PNC Bank Three Stars Award winner by Hockey East on Wednesday as the league announced several 2022-23 season-long awards.
Levy earned the Three Stars Award by accumulating the highest total of points from first, second and third star accolades during Hockey East league games over the course of the regular season.
In 22 conference contests this season, Levy posted a .949 save percentage, 1.69 goals against average and four shutouts while posting a 12-10-0 record. The graduate student posted at least 30 saves in six of those games, at least 35 stops in four games and at least 40 saves in four contests. Levy, who is a semifinalist for the National Goaltender of the Year Award for the second consecutive season, was named the Hockey East Player of the Week once during the regular season and earned two Hockey East Stop It Goaltending Goaltender of the Week awards.
Overall on the year, Levy is 15-12-1 with a 1.72 goals against average and .948 save percentage. The Congers, N.Y. native ranks second overall in the nation with her .948 save percentage but is first among goaltenders who make at least 20 saves per game.
Additionally, the league announced that Cayla Barnes was the runner-up for the Army ROTC Best Defender award.
