The Eagles returned to the practice field on Friday for their first full-team practice leading up to the Fenway Bowl.
CHESTNUT HILL, Mass. -- Friday morning marked the first day back on the practice field as a full team for the Boston College football team. The Eagles are 20 days away from their Fenway Bowl date with SMU.

First song in flex: "Crunk Ain't Dead", Duke Deuce, Juicy J, and Lil Jon
7-on-7: Freshman corner Max Tucker shined early with a pass break-up on the very first play and a series later intercepted a pass... Thomas Castellanos completed a back shoulder pass to running back Kye Robichaux… Redshirt-junior Matthew Rueve and freshman Jacobe Robinson alternated at quarterback with the twos… Robinson led back-to-back third-and-eight conversions with completions to Ismael Zamor and Luke McLaughlin.
Team: Castellanos completed one of the longest pass plays of the day to Jaedn Skeete over the middle to kick off the offense vs. defense period... a 20-yard catch-and-run crossing the field by Lewis Bond on a screen from Castellanos put the offense over midfield… the second team recorded a big chunk play from Robinson to freshman Montrell Wade on play action… the defense got pocket pressure from linebacker Sione Hala and Clive Wilson.
Situational: (1:19, down three, one timeout at the minus-25) A broken play led to a toss from Castellanos to Robichaux for a first down… back-to-back completions to tight end Jeremiah Franklin got the offense to the plus-41… the defense came up with the stop on a John Pupel interception. (0:33, down seven. No timeouts at the plus 31) A 16-yard strike to Skeete from Castellanos got the offense moving immediately… Castellanos tossed a shovel pass forward to Franklin to set up first-and-goal at the two… Castellanos completed a fade pass to Dino Tomlin on a contested catch in the corner of the end zone for the touchdown.
