BC meets Syracuse for a second time this season

Chestnut Hill, Mass. – Boston College volleyball is on the road to Syracuse, N.Y. to face-off the Orange Friday at 6 p.m. on ACCNX.

The Eagles finished the past weekend with a loss against NC State in four sets. Audrey Ross led the night with 23 kills, a career high for Ross. Tacking on five blocks, another career high, five digs, two assists, and one service ace. Anna Murphy led the defense with 18 digs adding on one service ace and two assists. Sophia Lambros guided the offense with 30 assists, a match high.

Wednesday's match-up with the Orange will be the 27th meeting all-time between the two teams since 1990. The Eagles have proven victorious in ten of those last meetings, winning the past match-up in three clean sets. The last time the two teams met on Nov. 1, 2023, senior Katrina Jensen led all players with 10 kills, hitting .642 for the match.

The Eagles return to action Wednesday, at Wake Forest for a 4 p.m. match-up on ACCNX.
