BC Baseball Announces 2024 Spring Schedule

Eagles home opener scheduled for February 28th against Maine
CHESTNUT HILL, Mass. — Boston College head baseball coach Todd Interdonato announced the Eagles' 2024 schedule on Tuesday afternoon. Birdball opens its season with the three-game MLB Classic series from February 16-18 in Scottsdale, Arizona.
The Eagles' opening roadtrip continues into week two, with a three-game slate against UT Arlington set for February 23-25, just before the Boston College home opener against Maine on Wednesday, February 28 at Harrington Athletics Village.
Birdball will go back on the road and compete in the Richmond Invitational the first weekend of March, with games slated against Richmond, VCU, and William Mary in the Invitational. The second road trip of the year will continue to UNC Wilmington to mark the beginning of the Eagles' spring-break trip. Conference play will commence with a three-game series at North Carolina State from March 8-10, before the Eagles return home for two mid-week contests against Merrimack (3/12) and Siena (3/13).
The remaining home schedule features conference series against Virginia Tech (3/22-3/24), Florida State (4/5-4/7), Wake Forest (4/12-4/14), Virginia (4/25-4/27), and Louisville (5/2-5/4).
The Eagles will begin their Beanpot championship defense on Tuesday, April 2 against Harvard, with the Beanpot final scheduled for the following Tuesday, April 9. Both games will be played at a site to be determined later.
The 2024 ACC Baseball Championship is set for May 21-26 in Charlotte, N.C.
