CHESTNUT HILL, Mass. – The #14 UConn Huskies outlasted the #15 Boston College women's hockey team, 3-1, on Tuesday night at Kelley Rink.
UConn took a 1-0 lead early in the second period before Cayla Barnes tied things up early in the third period. The Huskies, though, converted on a short break with five minutes to play and then added an empty-net insurance goal just before the final buzzer.
