Updates made throughout Alumni Stadium to enhance the fan experience.
CHESTNUT HILL, Mass. – Football gamedays are officially back on the Heights for the start of the 2022 season when Boston College hosts Rutgers for a Noon kickoff on Saturday afternoon at Alumni Stadium. Fans planning to attend, should prepare for changes on campus and in the stadium.
Gate C Closure
Due to the construction of the Hoag Basketball Pavilion, the Gate C entrance will be closed for the duration of the 2022 season. To allow for the quickest entry into the stadium, fans are encouraged to use the entrance listed on their game ticket.
New Sound System
BC Athletics has replaced the entire audio system throughout Alumni Stadium, providing a more immersive sound experience for fans this season.
New Scanners
New ticket scanners will be deployed for the upcoming season, providing an easier and faster experience for fans entering the stadium.
New Concessions Registers
To enhance the game experience, Boston College has upgraded the point-of-sale system across the Alumni Stadium and Conte Forum concession stands. To improve speed of service, locations accepting cash have been reduced. Prominent signage at all registers indicates which forms of payment are available at each location.
No Covid Restrictions
BC Athletics has lifted the proof of vaccination requirement for the upcoming season at this time. For up-to-date information regarding public health protocols, please refer to BCEagles.com.
Parking/Tailgating
Parking lots open four (4) hours prior to kickoff on weekends and three (3) hours on weekdays. Post-game tailgates are permitted for one hour following games that start prior to 3 p.m. No post-game tailgates will be allowed for games starting at 3 p.m. or later.
