
Eagles Take Fourth in New England Dinghy Championship

BC closes regular season with five straight top-5 results
CAMBRIDGE, Mass. -- The Eagles earned their fifth straight top-five result over the weekend, placing fourth of 18 teams in the New England Dinghy Championship. Trailing third-place Roger Williams by only three points, the Eagles will now look ahead to the national championships in New Orleans starting in two weeks.Â
The second team of Sophia Reineke, Emma Batcher, and Laura Ferraris placed third in their division, behind just Harvard and Yale. The first team of Jack DeNatale and Michaela O'Brien placed seventh, beating out Harvard by two points.Â
Championship season begins May 16th in New Orleans.Â
