Anderson Wins ACC Co-Pitcher of the Week

GREENSBORO, N.C. (theACC.com) – Boston College senior Susannah Anderson has earned ACC Co-Pitcher of the Week honors.

Anderson turned in three stellar performances in the circle last week for Boston College, headlined by a one-hit shutout in the series finale against Georgia Tech. The senior pitched 20 innings, struck out 17 and allowed just two earned runs. Anderson threw all 11 innings of Friday night's game, limiting the Yellow Jackets to just one run through the first 10 innings before Georgia Tech scored two runs in the 11th to win 3-1.

Hailing from Alexandria, Virginia, she bounced back on Sunday to no-hit GT through the first three innings and only allowed one runner to reach third base the entire game.
