Eagle Spotlight: Abigail Knight

What's up Eagles Fans!

I'm Abigail Knight, and I'm a redshirt junior utility player from Robbinsville, North Carolina. I'm currently a communication major and have a million things I want to do in the future, but I hope to coach softball or go into the FBI soon after college.

After our freshman season got cut short by covid and I missed my sophomore season due to injury, I cannot tell y'all how excited I am to be back on the field and doing what I love with my best friends. PLUS we get to spend our whole spring break week in my home state, NC!! This season and this team feels different than the past two years that I've been here and I'm excited to see what this group is going to do.

I know COVID has taken its toll on everyone so I encourage everyone to take every opportunity that they can to get outside, come to some games, and enjoy themselves! We're going to have a lot of fun this season and I want everyone to be a part of it, so when you can, please come out to Harrington Athletics Village on Brighton campus this spring and watch us climb the ladder :)
