Entries & Fees
- All entries are to be made through Direct Athletics.
- Acceptances to the meet are at the discretion of meet management
- Elite Event fields will be posted prior to the close of entries to the College Events to allow for any athletes not accepted to the Elite Event fields to re-enter in any College Event.
- If an athlete does not have a TFRRS mark for an event being entered, the entry will be received as NM (no mark). Coaches should email verified performances in the event and/or relevant information to eagleeliteinvite@gmail.com.
- If a coach has additional seeding notes regarding an athlete entered with a TFRRS mark, (i.e. 1500 mark is better than mile mark), coaches should also email eagleeliteinvite@gmail.com.
- All entries must be paid via Direct Athletics by each entry deadline (Elite/College).
- Entries are $40 per individual event, $50 per relay, limit of $1,000 per team per gender.
- Unattached/Open/Elite athletes will be accepted to the meet at the discretion of the meet management and provided these athletes meet the college entry standards (if a college student on the University's team but competing unattached), or the non-college open standards.
- Entry fees for unattached/open/elite athletes are also $40 per individual event and $50 per relay, however each person intending to enter should email eagleeliteinvite@gmail.com with his/her affiliation, intended event, verifiable mark or supporting performances, and these athletes will be notified before paying entry fees if they will be accepted to the meet to allow for the entry fee to paid only if accepted to the meet.

- All events will take place at The TRACK at New Balance, 91 Guest St., Boston, MA 02135
- Running events will be run as a final, seeded against time, sections run slow to fast. Actual start times for the top sections will be given on the final schedule after entries and seeding
- The Eagle Elite Invitational will follow all facility rules (provided separately) and all participating teams and athletes are expected to do the same. Any violation of the facilities guidelines could result in dismissal from the venue/meet
Spikes:
- Pyramid spikes no longer than ÂĽ" (9mm) are the only spikes permitted on the competition or warm-up track, excluding high jump competition
- All spikes must be checked prior to being worn for practice or competition.
Implement Weigh-in:
- All shot puts and weights must be certified and weighed, which will take place at the door at the back of the competition throwing circle
Facility Access:
- Only athletes and coaches will be permitted inside the competition areas. Credentials will be required to have access to these areas. Access to the infield and competition areas will be limited to immediate events. Spectators will be required to remain outside the competition area at all times.
