
Warnock, Wu Named GCAA All-American Scholars

Boston College recognized by GCAA as All-Academic team
CHESTNUT HILL, Mass. — The Boston College men's golf program and two of its student-athletes - Jordan Warnock and Patrick Wu - were honored by the Golf Coaches Association of America for it academic excellence. Â
Warnock and Wu were recognized as 2020-21 NCAA Division I All-American Scholars, presented by Srixon/Cleveland Golf. To be eligible for this honor, student-athletes must be a sophomore, junior or senior both academically and athletically and must participate in 40 percent of his team's competitive rounds, have a stroke-average under 76.0 (Division I), and maintain a minimum cumulative career grade-point average of 3.2. A recipient must also be of high moral character and be in good standing at his college or university.
As a team, the Eagles were recognized by the GCAA as an All-Academic Team - awarded to teams with at least a 3.0 grade-point average.
