Lauren White Earns Individual Qualifying Spot at NCAA XC Championship

The junior shined during the fall and spring cross country campaigns
CHESTNUT HILL, Mass. — Lauren White has been selected to compete in the 2021 NCAA Cross Country Championship, to be held in Stillwater, Okla. on Monday, March 15. White is one of 38 runners to be selected individually to compete in the national championship meet.
White has shined during the fall and spring cross country seasons. This past fall, the junior from Woodbury, N.Y. earned All-ACC honors after placing eighth at the conference championship on Oct. 30. She also placed third at the Florida State Invitational and second at the Battle in Beantown during the fall.
In her lone cross country race in the spring, White was 14th overall at the FSU Winter XC Classic.
Oklahoma State University will host the NCAA championship, at the OSU Cross Country Course located in Stillwater. The women's race will begin at 12:50 p.m. ET. NCAA cross country fans will have the opportunity to watch live coverage of the NCAA Division I Men's and Women's Cross Country Championships on ESPNU or the ESPN App, starting at 12:30 p.m. ET.
