Freshman Angel Lin registered her second top 10 finish in as many tournaments, tying for eighth place overall at the Briar's Creek Invitational. Lin finished 4-over par for the tournament. After an opening round 77, Lin was 1-under over her next two rounds. She posted a second round 73 and a final round 70.
Nathalie Irlbacher tied for 66th place, with a 54-hole total of 233. She opened with a score of 80 before posting a second round 78. Her best round came on Tuesday, carding a 75 during the final 18 holes of competition.
Bibliani Liu finished two strokes behind Irlbacher, tying for 69th place. She posted back-to-back rounds of 75 in the second and third rounds after an opening day 85.
Leah Temple Lang tied for 76th place (82-82-74=238), posting the team's second-best final round score of 74 on Tuesday. Alexa Rivas ties for 78th place (81-81-77=239) - also playing her best golf during Tuesday's final 18 holes of play.
