Hockey East Announces Schedule Updates, BC to Face PC

The No. 6/7 Boston College women’s hockey team will meet the No. 10 Providence College Friars this weekend for a two-game series.
WAKEFIELD, Mass. – The No. 6/7 Boston College women's hockey team will meet the No. 10 Providence College Friars this weekend for a two-game series, with Hockey East announcing the home-and-home set as part of its weekly schedule update.
The Eagles will host the Friars on Friday, Feb. 12 at 2 p.m. and then travel to Providence on Saturday, Feb. 13 for a 3 p.m. puck drop. Both contests between will be shown live on NESN, and the games will also be made available on CBSSports.com and the CBS Sports app outside of New England.
BC enters the series with Providence at 12-3-0, having last played Jan. 31 in a 4-0 win at UConn, while the Friars are 10-5-1 and coming off a two-game split with New Hampshire this past weekend.
The remainder of the 2020-21 season will continue to be scheduled on a weekly basis by Hockey East.
