Eagles Take to Pinehurst No. 2 for the Wake Forest Invitational

Men's Golf Opens the 2021 season at the iconic course on Monday, March 1
CHESTNUT HILL, Mass. - The Boston College men's golf team makes its 2021 season debut from March 1-2 at the Wake Forest Invitational. The tournament will be played at the famed Pinehurst No. 2 course, in Pinehurst, N.C.
The 54-hole tournament begins with Monday's first round shotgun at 8:30 a.m., with continuous play into round two. Tuesday's final round tee times will begin at 7:30 a.m.
The tournament field includes several teams ranked on GolfStat's Top 25, including host and #2 ranked Wake Forest, as well as #13 North Carolina (13).
The famed No. 2 course at Pinehurst has served as the site of more single golf championships than any course in America. It hosted back-to-back U.S. Open and U.S. Women's Open Championships in 2014. The U.S. championship will return to the Donald Ross-designed course in 2024, 2029, 2035, 2041 and 2047.
