
Eagles Conclude Fall Slate at Golf Club of Georgia Collegiate

CHESTNUT HILL, Mass. -- The Boston College men's golf team returns for its final tournament of the 2025 fall season, as they travel to Alpharetta, Georgia to compete in the Golf Club of Georgia Collegiate Invitational.
The three-day, 54-hole tournament will begin Friday morning with the opening 18 holes, followed by the second and third rounds. 14 teams will compete in the event, with six of them ranking top 25 nationally (No. 1 Virginia, No. 9 Utah, No. 14 Pepperdine, No. 15 UCLA, No. 18 Georgia Tech, and No. 24 Charlotte).
The Lakeside Course at the Golf Club of Georgia in Alpharetta opened in 1991 and was immediately recognized as the Best  New  Private  Course in America by Golf Digest. Designed by celebrated architect Arthur Hills, the layout is set amid rolling terrain, mature woodlands and the scenic shoreline of Lake Windward.
The par  72 course plays from approximately 7,017 yards from the back tees. It features bent-grass greens and Bermuda fairways, with fescue‑accented waste areas and bunkers, reflecting premium turf and conditioning standards.
