BC will host UNH at Kelley Rink on Friday afternoon before heading to the Whittemore Center on Saturday night.
CHESTNUT HILL, Mass. – The No. 4/4 Boston College women's hockey team is set to play a home-and-home series against New Hampshire this weekend. The teams will meet at 2 p.m. on Friday at Kelley Rink before a 7 p.m. tilt on Saturday at the Whittemore Center.
Friday's contest between the Eagle and Wildcats will air live on NESN. All Hockey East games this season will be made available across the U.S. and internationally on SportsLive, while all games televised on NESN and NESN+ and other select matchups will also be made available on CBSSports.com and the CBS Sports app outside of New England.

• Kira Juodikis leads UNH with three points on three goals while three other Wildcats have also found the back of the net.

• Friday's meeting will be the 76th all-time meeting between Boston and New Hampshire since the Eagles elevated to varsity status in 1994-95.
• The Eagles took both meetings last year ... in the first game of the 2020-21 season in Durham on Nov. 20, 2020 in a 6-2 win, Gaby Roy scored four goals ... the next day at Kelley Rink, Jillian Fey scored the game-winning goal while Hannah Bilka had a short-handed tally.
• The teams' first-ever meeting came in the Eagles' inaugural varsity season of 1994-95, with UNH winning 8-1 at Kelley Rink.

• Katie Pyne's first career goal gave BC a 1-0 lead in the first period and then Willow Corson's first of the year made it 2-0 midway through the second ... Merrimack cut the deficit in the third period but BC shut the Warriors down the rest of the way.
• Abigail Levy made 34 saves in the win ... Sidney Fess picked up her first collegiate point with an assist on Corson's goal ... Fess and Alexie Guay both finished the game with one assist and two blocked shots.
OPENING UP 2021-22 ON THE ROAD
• The Eagles opened up the 2021-22 season with a pair of games at Penn State and came away with a pair of 2-1 wins.
• In the season-opener on Sept. 30, Gaby Roy gave BC a 1-0 lead early in the second but Penn State forced overtime where Abby Newhook's first career goal gave the Eagles the win ... Abigail Levy made 36 saves for the win.
• On Friday, Penn State struck first before Caroline Goffredo's first career goal and Hannah Bilka's fifth career game-winner gave BC the 2-1 win ... Levy finished with 33 saves in the win.
• Ten different players registered a point for BC on the weekend.
• Alexie Guay was named Hockey East Defender of the Week after tallying an assist on Newhook's OT game-winner, four shots, a plus-2 rating and four blocked shots.
• Keri Clougherty, who led BC with five blocked shots on the weekend, picked up her first career point with an assist while Jenna Carpenter also had her first career point with a helper.
