- This is the 27th meeting between the Eagles and Blue Devils.
- Duke holds a commanding 23-3 lead in the all-time series.
- In ACC regular season play, Duke is 17-2 vs. the Eagles.
- Duke has won 14 of the last 15 meetings between the two schools.
- BC's last win over Duke: an 89-84 home victory on Dec. 9, 2017.
- The Eagles have never won at Cameron Indoor Stadium (0-11).

- His 2.2 steals/game average ranked 14th nationally and he was the tallest player in the top 30 for steals nationally
- He was the first BC freshman to average more than 8.0 rebounds per game, is one of six players to lead the Eagles on the glass in each of his first three seasons and one of eight to lead BC in rebounding average on three occasions.
- Only Craig Smith and Bill Curley have led BC in rebounding in each of their four seasons on the Heights.
- Mitchell has led BC in at least one statistical category (points, rebounds, assists, steals, blocks) in 90 of his 101 career games.
- Makai Ashton-Langford notched a career-high four steals against Maine and leads BC with 17 total steals.
- His 1.9 steals per game average ranks eighth in the ACC and his 1.14 steals/turnover ratio also ranks eighth in the league.
- His steal percentage (steals/defensive possessions) of 3.8% ranks 128th nationally and is 10th-best in the ACC.
- Ashton-Langford also ranks eighth in the ACC in assist/turnover ratio, posting a 1.71 ATR.
- Last season, Boston College ranked 184th nationally in 3-pointers per game, making 7.2 3FG per outing.
