Volleyball Returns With Spring Schedule

Second half of 2020-21 season opens with Feb. 13 doubleheader vs. UConn and Northeastern.
CHESTNUT HILL, Mass. – The Boston College volleyball team released its 2021 spring schedule on Thursday afternoon. The Eagles begin the second half of the 2020-21 season with a non-conference doubleheader at Power Gym against Connecticut and Northeastern on February 13.
BC has five ACC weekends, totaling 10 matches, to make its way around the league against the remaining opponents the Eagles did not face in the fall. Each weekend features three teams at one site with one match per day over three days with each team facing the other once.
After opening day, the Eagles again play Northeastern (Feb. 20) then twice play against Rhode Island (Feb. 24-road, Feb. 28-home).
The ACC schedule resumes March 5 vs. Duke at home. BC then takes on Florida State on March 7. The first ACC road weekend is at Georgia Tech with a match against the Yellow Jackets (March 12) and North Carolina (March 13).
The Eagles remain on the road with a visit to Raleigh, N.C. with matches against Clemson (March 20) and NC State (March 21). BC's final home weekend features matches against Miami (March 26) and Virginia Tech (March 28). The regular season comes to a close in Winston-Salem at Wake Forest (April 1) and against Virginia (April 2).
During the fall season, Boston College went 0-8 with all eight matches coming against top-15 opponents.
