BC, BU Set to Renew Rivalry This Weekend

Hockey East announced its weekly schedule on Tuesday, with the Battle of Comm Ave set for Friday and Saturday.
WAKEFIELD, Mass. – The Battle of Commonwealth Avenue is set to be renewed this weekend, with Hockey East announcing a home-and-home series between Boston College and Boston University as part of its weekly schedule on Tuesday.
The seventh-ranked Eagles will make the 3.5 mile trip on Friday for a 3:30 p.m. puck drop at Walter Brown Arena. The Terriers will make the return trip to Kelley Rink on Saturday, with the game slated for a 3 p.m. start.
Both contests between the two rivals will be shown live on NESN, and the games will also be made available on CBSSports.com and the CBS Sports app outside of New England. Friday's game will also air on TSN2.
BC enters the series at 10-3-0 while BU comes in at 2-3-0.
The remainder of the 2020-21 season will continue to be scheduled on a weekly basis by Hockey East.
