CHESTNUT HILL, Mass. – The Atlantic Coast Conference and its television partners announced kickoff times and networks for the games on Oct. 10. Boston College will host No. 24 Pitt at 4 p.m. on Oct. 10.
Â
ACC Network and WEEI 93.7 FM will broadcast the game. ACC Network is available nationwide through distributors like Verizon FiOS, DIRECTV and DISH and all major pay TV streaming providers including AT&T TV NOW, fuboTV, Hulu, Sling TV, and YouTube TV – all of which can be activated immediately without a service call. Â
Pitt and BC meet for the second straight season. This year's game marks the 32nd time in series history the two Eastern rivals have squared off. Boston College ended the 2019 regular season with a 26-19 victory at Heinz Field over the Panthers. It will be the first time since 2014 BC has hosted Pitt in Chestnut Hill.Â
The capacity at Alumni Stadium will be reduced in 2020, and the game against Pitt will be held without fans as a result of COVID-19. Only essential game management personnel and credentialed media will be permitted to attend on Oct. 10.
Â
If tickets are sold in 2020, they will only be done so pending approval by state and local officials on an individual game basis.
Boston College returns to action Saturday at Alumni Stadium vs. No. 11 North Carolina. Kickoff is set for 3:30 p.m. with live coverage on ABC and WEEI 93.7 FM.
