Biele Prepares for Historic NCAA Skiing Championship Debut

CHESTNUT HILL, Mass. – Junior Parker Biele will become the first Boston College female in school history to compete in the NCAA Skiing Championships this week at Bridger Bowl in Bozeman, Montana. The giant slalom is scheduled for Wednesday (March 11) and the slalom will follow on Friday (March 13). Both events will be streamed live beginning at 11 a.m. (ET) on NCAA.com.Â
SEASON RECAP
• Biele finished the EISA season with 142 points to rank 13th overall among female skiers
• She posted the highest EISA finish ever by a BC skier at the Colby Carnival on Sugarloaf Mountain, earning fourth place in the GS
• Biele picked up her second straight top-10 a week later at Sunday River with sixth place in the GS at the Bates Carnival
• The co-captain placed fifth in the giant slalom two weeks ago at the U.S. Junior Nationals at Snowbasin in Utah
