Eagles Finish Fourth Overall at BC Intercollegiate

CANTON, Mass. – The Boston College women's golf team placed fourth overall at +34 behind eventual winner Seattle (+31) at the Boston College Intercollegiate at Blue Hill Country Club in Canton after today's final round.
The competition began on Monday with two non-stop rounds on the Championship Course at Blue Hill. The Eagles finished the two rounds in seventh place and moved to fourth overall after the final round on Tuesday.
BC sophomore Bibilani Liu led the Eagles at +4 (75, 73, 72), while freshman Leah Temple Lang placed tied in 20th at +14 (78, 77, 75) in her first BC Intercollegiate appearance.
The overall individual winner of the tournament was Linda Wang at +3 (71, 77, 71).

- Boston College placed fourth overall at the tournament (309, 301, 297, +43). The Eagles were +9 in the final round. The team finished the tournament with the second most pars with 157 and tied in third with 30 birdies.
- Junior Bibilani Liu shot a low round of 72 on Tuesday to finish second overall (75, 73, 72 – 220). Liu shot a 35 in the front (-1) and was +1 in the back. She had 14 pars in the final round and led the tournament with 37.
- Freshman Leah Temple Lang finished in 23rd place as she shot a low round of 75 on Tuesday.
- Alexa Rivas, a sophomore, tied for 28th after she shot a 72 in the final round. She had five birdies in the final round. She was one of three players in the tournament with 10 birdies in three rounds.
- Freshman Ananya Barthakur finished tied in 28th with teammate Alexa Rivas. Barthakur shot a low of 75 in the second round on Monday.
