Caron, Dillon Named Eagles of the Week

Caron scored three goals in a two-win week for field hockey, Dillon named ACC Running Back of the Week.
CHESTNUT HILL, Mass. – Boston College sophomore Sky Caron and junior AJ Dillon have been named the Musco Lighting Eagles of the Week for their performances this past week.

Caron scored three goals in a two-win week for the field hockey team. She found the back of the net once against Dartmouth and twice against Northeastern while firing eight shots, five of which were on frame. Caron tied for the team-lead in points (6) and goals (3) on the weekend and now has a new single-season career-high with her three goals.

Dillon, the ACC Running Back of the Week, posted his 17th career game with at least one rushing touchdown Friday night against Kansas. With 151 yards, he earned his 13th career 100-yard game and his eighth with at least 150 yards to tie for the fifth-most 100-yard rushing games in BC history. Dillon moved into a tie for 13th all-time in career scoring at BC with 180 points and became the sixth Boston College player to rush for 3,000 career rushing yards (now 3,015 for his career).
