Delanis Selected as ACC Performer of the Week

GREENSBORO, N.C. – Women's Cross Country senior Emeline Delanis has been selected by the Atlantic Coast Conference as this week's ACC Women's Performer of the Week.

Delanis had an incredible race on Saturday in Amherst, Massachusetts, winning the 5k with a time of 17:12. The Draveil, France native averaged 5:33 per mile and defeated the second-place finisher by eight seconds.

Delanis helped the Eagles to a first-place finish at the Minuteman Invitational, leading BC to a clean 1-5 sweep of the top positions and earning 15 points.

This is the first time Delanis has earned ACC Performer of the Week in either cross country or track and field.
