Six BC Rowers Nab CRCA Academic Recognition

CRCA announces 2019 scholar athlete awards, which includes Boston College's three Academic All-ACC standouts.
GREENSBORO, N.C. - Six Boston College rowers were selected as CRCA scholar-athletes by the Collegiate Rowing Coaches Association this offseason. A total of 63 rowers from the ACC earned the honor; down from last year's 76, while the Eagles stood firm at six honorees.
To be eligible to be honored as a CRCA Scholar-Athlete, the student-athlete must:

To be eligible to be honored as a CRCA Scholar-Athlete, the student-athlete must:
- Have met all eligibility rules as defined by her institution.
- Have rowed in her institution's NCAA or IRA eligible boat(s) for a minimum of 75% of the current spring races or racing in a regional conference.
- And have had a 3.5 cumulative GPA or higher for her career (through the fall semester/quarter for the current competition year).
