Coed Sailing Finishes 15th Overall in Final

Wade Waddell, Emma Perry and Tara Ferraris named All-Americans.
The Boston College Coed Sailing team placed 15th in the final of the Gill Coed National Championships on Friday in Newport, R.I.
The College of Charleston came out on top winning the national title and the Henry A. Morss Memorial Trophy. Yale placed second, while the U.S. Naval Academy was third. Hobart and William Smith was fourth and Brown placed fifth.
In the A Division, Wade Waddell, Sophia Reineke, Katharine Bowman, Mikayla Mathieu and Tara Ferraris placed 16th. Isabella Loobrock, Peter Lynn, Emma Perry and Mathieu (races 9-12) sailed in the B Division and placed 12th overall.
Following the race, Wade Waddell was named an ICSA Coed All-American Skipper, while Tara Ferraris and Emma Perry were all named to the ICSA All-American Crew team. Katharine Bowman earned ICSA All-American Honorable Mention Crew status.
