CHESTNUT HILL, Mass. -- On the heels of her victory at the 2019 USATF Junior Cross Country Championship, Nicole Clermont was named the USATF New England Athlete of the Month for February.
Clermont - and teammate Kayla Smith - will represent the United States at the IAAF World Cross Country Championship on March 30 in Aarhus, Denmark. Clermont broke the tape in a time of 21:14.0 for the six-kilometer course in Tallahassee, Fla. Smith crossed the line in 21:18.2.
