Eagles Head to Durham for Weekend Event at Duke

BC Fencing Will Compete at the Duke Invitational on Saturday and Sunday
CHESTNUT HILL, Mass. – The Boston College men's and women's fencing teams are back in action this weekend at the Duke Invitational on Saturday (Feb. 9) and Sunday (Feb. 10).
The Men will compete on Saturday. In the team's last meet at MIT on Feb. 3, the Eagles came away with a 4-2 record. Ben Slavin went 12-4 in sabre, while Justin Herman went 12-4 in foil.
The women will be competing on Sunday. Last time out at MIT, the team swept the competition with a 6-0 record on the day. Gabrielle Chau had a perfect day, going 13-0 in sabre. Laura Boden (13-1) and Christina Ko (12-1) were nearly perfect in epee. Kayla Moy went 13-4 in foil.
The tentative schedule for each day is available online now.
