Eagles Fly South For ACC Championship Week

The women's swim and dive team begins their conference championship meet Wednesday

GREENSBORO, N.C. – The Boston College swim and dive team is set to take on their fiercest competition of the season as they head to the ACC Championship meet this week. The women will begin competing on Wednesday, Feb. 20 with diving events beginning at 11 a.m. Events will take place throughout the week with the meet concluding on Saturday.

26 Eagles will represent the squad in the first half of the championship, as the women's competitions and men's diving will take place in the same week. The men's swimming events will begin the following week beginning on Feb. 27.

The Eagles are most recently coming off of a successful showing at the Boston Winter Open in their final meet of the regular season. On the women's side, junior Lauren Quinn claimed a program record finish in the 100-yard individual medley, clocking in at 58.60.
