CHESTNUT HILL, Mass. – Five players scored in double-figures as Boston College defeated St. Francis of Brooklyn, 106-69, at Conte Forum in a non-conference game.

Boston College is now 2-0 on the season and will travel to Worcester to play Holy Cross on Wednesday. St. Francis is now 0-3.

- Sophomore Taylor Soule tallied a career-high 24 points along with four rebounds and four assists to lead the Eagles. Soule shot 10-for-13 from the floor for the game.
- Junior Milan Bolden-Morris added 17 points on 6-of-11 shooting along with three three-pointers. She pitched in with eight rebounds.
- Redshirt sophomore Cameron Swartz had a career-high 18 points with four rebounds and two assists in 26 minutes.
- Senior Emma Guy added 11 points, while Makayla Dickens finished with 12 points.
- Senior Georgia Pineau led BC with 10 rebounds and pitched in with nine points.
- BC shot 50 percent from the floor and grabbed 55 rebounds.

- After ending the first quarter on an 11-1 run, Boston College shot 65 percent from the floor to pull away from St. Francis, 63-45, at the half.
HOW IT HAPPENED
- Boston College scored eight unanswered points to take an 18-9 lead at the first timeout. Taylor Soule had six points in the Eagles run, while Cameron Swartz pitched in with five. St. Francis came out of the timeout with a 7-0 run but senior Emma Guy put a stop to the run with a half-hook and the lead grew to 20-15. A three-pointer by Caitlyn Richardson with 2:05 left, forced BC into a timeout as it capped a 12-2 run by St. Francis. The Eagles finished the final 1:54 of the first quarter on an 11-1 run to take a 31-19 lead.
- The Eagles heated up in the second quarter as they shot 13-for-20 (65%) from the floor to extend the lead to 63-45. BC controlled the boards with a 30-10 lead in rebounds at the half. Sophomore Milan Bolden-Morris had 11 points in the quarter and 14 points at the half along with 19 points from Soule.
- Boston College continued to stay hot as the Eagles shot 43.8 percent and hit 8-of-10 foul shots to take an 86-61 lead into the final 10 minutes.
- BC opened the quarter on a 7-0 run and outscored St. Francis, 20-8 in the final quarter.
