Eagles Finish 11th at Joe Piane Invitational

SOUTH BEND, Ind. – The Boston College women's cross country team competed in the prestigious Joe Piane Invitational on Friday, Oct. 4 at Notre Dame in South Bend, Indiana, placing 11th with 294 points.

Leading the way for BC was junior Lauren White, who ran a 16:55.46 to place 31st.

Then, a pack of three for the Eagles crossed the finish line, first with sophomore Anna Oeser in 58th with a time of 17:09.94. Less than a second later, Isabelle Kennedy crossed the finish line with a time of 17:10.78 in 59th. The last of the trio was Emeline Delanis, who placed 62nd in 17:11.39.

The last of the scoring team was Sarah Flynn, who finished in 86th with a time of 17:26.42.
