Preseason Scrimmage Set for Saturday

Eagles host Holy Cross in exhibition contest
CHESTNUT HILL, Mass. -- The Boston College volleyball team will host Holy Cross in a preseason scrimmage on Saturday, Aug. 18 at 3 p.m. in Power Gym.
The match, which will be open to the public, will be the first look at the 2018 squad before the season officially kicks off next week. The Eagles have five new faces on the court, in addition to first-year head coach Jason Kennedy and assistant coach Marissa Prinzbach. Freshmen Mackenzie Fuhrmann and Jewel Strawberry are outside hitters, while freshman Megan Wall and junior transfer Carly Kutschke fill out the middle blockers. Freshman Derry Costigan rounds out the incoming players at setter.
