BOSTON COLLEGE VS. GEORGIA TECH - ALL-TIME SERIES

Today's game marks the 26th meeting between the two schools.
Boston College is 11-14 all-time vs. Georgia Tech.
Since joining the ACC, BC is 10-10 versus the Yellow Jackets.
In ACC regular season play, BC is 8-9 against Georgia Tech.
BC won the lone meeting this season - 80-72 in OT - at Conte Forum.
Jerome Robinson and Jordan Chatman had 19 points apiece, while Ky Bowman added 17 points and Johncarlos Reyes 10.
In ACC Tournament play, Boston College has faced Georgia Tech on three occasions, winning two contests.
The last ACC Tourney meeting came in 2015, with BC winning, 66-65.
The two teams have played twice in NCAA Tournament play, with Georgia Tech earning victories in 1996 and 2004.

BOSTON COLLEGE IN THE ACC TOURNAMENT

In 20 games all-time in ACC Tournament play, Boston College is 8-12.
Last season, BC dropped a 92-78 decision to Wake Forest.
The Eagles' last two ACC Tourney wins came over Georgia Tech.
In 2015, BC held on for a 66-65 victory over the Yellow Jackets.
BC downed GT, 84-64, in the 2012 ACC Tournament.
The Eagles best finish came in 2006 - BC's first-ever ACC Tourney.
Boston College downed Maryland (80-66) and North Carolina (85-82) before falling in the championship game to Duke (78-76) in Greensboro.

BOSTON COLLEGE IN ACC REGULAR SEASON PLAY

Boston College is 76-142 in 12 seasons in the ACC. The Eagles finished with a 7-11 mark this year, good for 12th place.
The Eagles began ACC play with an 89-84 win over top-ranked Duke. BC was 6-3 in home ACC contests.
BC's seven ACC wins are the most since 2012-13, when the Eagles also won seven.
The Eagles' best ACC mark came in its inaugural season, going 11-5 in 2005-06 en route to a third place finish.
BC finished tied for third in 2006-07 (10-6) and fourth in 2010-11 (9-7).

BOSTON COLLEGE BACK ON WINNING TRACK

Boston College's 17 victories are the most since the 2010-11 season.
The Eagles' seven wins in ACC play are the most since the 2012-13 season.
BC posted a 14-3 record at home this year, posting an 8-0 mark in non-conference.
The Eagles have won 14 home games on five previous occasions - including a program-record 17 wins in 2000-01.
BC also finished with four wins in the month of February for the first time since the 2006-07 season (four)

ACCOLADES FOR THE BEST BACKCOURT IN THE ACC

Jerome Robinson and Ky Bowman each earned All-ACC honors in an announcement by the conference office on March 4.
Robinson was the runner-up for ACC Player of the Year, earning 17 of the 57 votes. Duke's Marvin Bagley III won the award.
Robinson was a virtual unanimous pick for All-ACC First Team, garnering 273 of 280 possible points.
He finished the regular season as the ACC's scoring leader - at 20.7 points per game - percentage points ahead of Bagley III.
In league play, the junior guard was dominant - scoring at a 24.3 points per game clip during the ACC's 18-game slate.
He also led the league in 3-point FG percentage, making 43.8% (74-169) of his attempts beyond the arc
Robinson also ranked among the league leaders in overall field goal percentage, free throw percentage, and 3FG made.
Bowman earned a spot on the league's All-ACC honorable mention list.
The sophomore point guard is the only player in the country to average at least 16.9 points, 6.7 rebounds, and 4.8 assists.
He is also the only player in the ACC to rank in the top 10 in scoring and assists and top 15 in rebounding.
The Havelock, N.C. native has five double-doubles in points and rebounds and scored 20 or more points on nine occasions.
His best single-game performance was a near triple-double vs. top-ranked Duke: 30 points, 12 rebounds, and nine assists. He was named ACC Player of the Week on Dec. 11.

MORE ACCOLADES FOR THE BEST BACKCOURT IN THE ACC

Jerome Robinson and Ky Bowman were both named to the Atlantic Coast Sports Media Association's All-ACC team.
Robinson was named to the ACSMA's All-ACC First Team while Bowman earned a spot on the Third Team.
Voting was conducted by 22 members of the ACSMA - an organization of journalists dedicated to fostering a mutually beneficial relationship between the news media and the institutions and administration of the Atlantic Coast Conference.

Jerome Robinson is averaging 18.5 points per game in four career games at Barclays Center.
The triumverate of Jordan Chatman (79, 5th), Jerome Robinson (74, 8th ) and Ky Bowman (73, 9th) have all cracked BC's single-season top 10 list for 3-pointers made.
Boston College has 441 assists on ths season. Roughly 48.1% of those - 212 assists - have come on made 3-pointers.

Jerome Robinson became the sixth Boston College player to earn First Team All-ACC honors.
Robinson became the first player since Oliver Hanlan in 2014-15 to be named to the conference's first team.
The Garner, N.C. native is the top offensive guard in the ACC, leading the league in scoring at 20.7 ppg.
In ACC games only, Robinson finished first in scoring (24.3 ppg) - better than four points more than the next leading scorer.
The last Boston College player to lead the ACC in scoring in was Hanlan (19.5 ppg/21.9 ppg ACC) in 2014-15.
Robinson had a streak of 24 consecutive games scoring in double figures before it was snapped on Feb. 20 at N.C. State.
It was the longest streak by a BC player since Hanlan (43) between the 2013-14 and 2014-15 seasons.
He led the ACC with 16 games of 20 points or more - including 13 during conference play.
Robinson put forth one of the most dominant performances in ACC history, going for 46 points at Notre Dame on Feb. 6.
The 46 points were the most by a visiting player in a conference game in ACC history, dating back to 1953-54.
It also tied as the fourth-best single-game scoring total in a conference game and 17th-best overall (all games)..

SHARING IS CARING

Jerome Robinson dished out a season-high seven assists last time out at Florida State, putting him at 106 assists on the year.
It marks the first time since 2010-11 (Reggie Jackson - 156; Biko Paris 117) that two BC players reached the 100 assist mark.
Ky Bowman leads the Eagles with 149 assists on the season.
As a team, Boston College has 441 assists on the season - good for an average of 14.2 helpers per game.

Ky Bowman: UNCHARTED TERRITORY WITH STATISTICAL AVERAGES

Ky Bowman is the only player in the country to average at least 16.9 points, 6.7 rebounds, and 4.8 assists per game.
Bowman's 6.7 boards per game average is the best nationally among players that are 6-1 or under.
The last player 6-1 or shorter to average at least 6.7 rpg for a season was Jeff Early of Southern Illinois (7.2) in 2012-13.
Only three players 6-1 or shorter have averaged 7.0 rpg for a season since the 1996-97 campaign.
Bowman is the only player in the ACC to rank among the top 10 in scoring and assists and top 15 in rebounding.
He finished the regular season ranked sixth in the ACC in scoring, 13th in rebounding, and is seventh in assists.
In ACC games-only, Bowman ranks sixth in scoring (17.7), 12th in rebounding (7.1), and sixth in assists (4.6)

SOMEWHERE IN THIS ANCIENT, MYSTIC TRINITY...

The Eagles have made 10 or more 3-pointers in 13 games this year - including 12 last time out at Florida State.
Last year, Boston College made 10 or more 3-pointers in nine of the 32 total games.
BC leads the ACC in 3-pointers made per game (8.81 3FG/g). The Eagles are making 9.33 3FG/g in conference games.
BC's average of 8.81 3-pointers per game would be the second-best mark in school history (the record - 9.0 - 2010-11)

Three Boston College players have made at least 73 3-pointers so far this season.
Jordan Chatman leads the Eagles with 79 3-pointers while Jerome Robinson has connected on 74 treys and Ky Bowman 73.
Robinson ranks first (43.8%) and Chatman is seventh (39.9%) in the ACC in 3-point field goal percentage.
Boston College is one of three teams nationally with three players with at least 73 3FG. (Marquette and Mount Saint Mary's).
