Men's tennis secured the doubles point before falling
PROVIDENCE, R.I. – The Boston College men's tennis team dropped a weeknight match to Brown, 4-2, at the Pizzitola Sports Center.

After quickly stealing the doubles point thanks to the pairings of sophomore Max Palmer and graduate Gereon Heitmann, and senior Conor Mullins and Kent Mukai at the No. 2 and No. 3 spots, respectively, the Eagles (5-3) pulled ahead.

The Bears (8-2) took the match after winning four singles points. Heitmann was the only Eagles to slate a win in singles play, while Markus Nordby and his opponent did not finish after Brown clinched the match, stopping at 6-4, 3-4.

Up next, the Eagles take a well-deserved break then will hit the road, traveling to La Jolla, California to compete in the Pacific Coast Doubles March 2-4.
