Hart Earns First ACC Offensive Player of the Week Honors

The senior attacker had a stellar game over No. 15/15 Notre Dame, slating five points
GREENSBORO, N.C. – Senior attacker Kaileen Hart earned the first Atlantic Coast Conference Lacrosse Offensive Player of the Week, the conference announced Tuesday.

Hart was instrumental in Boston College earning a 13-11 season-opening win at No. 15/15 Notre Dame on Saturday, Feb. 10. Hart scored a game-high four goals and added an assist for five points on the day. Her third goal of the game helped spark the Eagles' offense during a second-half 5-0 run and cemented the victory.

The Babylon, N.Y. native was the driving force behind the Eagles' offense during the 2017 season, slating a career-high 75 points.

Hart was tabbed team captain for this season alongside redshirt senior Tess Chandler and senior Carly Bell.

Hart and the Eagles return to action today, Feb. 13, for their home opener against Holy Cross at 3 p.m.
