Raleigh, N.C. – The Boston College women's soccer team lost to ACC foe NC State, 1-0, at Dail Soccer Stadium on Thursday night in Raleigh, North Carolina. Boston College is now 7-4-0 and 1-1-0 in the ACC. No. 24 NC State dropped to 8-1-1 overall and 1-0-1 in the conference.

With 40 seconds left in the match, NC State's midfielder Tziarra King scored her team-high seventh goal of the season to seal the win for the Wolfpack.

Junior goalkeeper Alexis Bryant played strong in goal as she had three saves. The loss ended the Eagles three-game win streak.

HOW IT HAPPENED
GOAL: NC State 1, Boston College 0 – 89^th min: Sophomore Tziarra King carried the ball to the middle of the field, by two Eagles, and sent a long ball into the upper left side from 24 yards out for the lone goal of the match. It was her ACC leading seventh goal of the season.

GAME NOTES
