- Boston College fell second to Harvard in the first meet of the season. Harvard finished with 24 points while the Eagles had 31.
- Freshman Ben Ruffing crossed the line first for the Eagles with a time of 15:58.4. Ruffing was followed close behind by classmate Kyle Faddis who finished the two laps around the reservoir in 16:05. Sophomore Sean Sullivan clocked in at 16:08 to earn a fifth place individual finish.
- Freshman Ben Davies and junior Zachary Beston rounded out the top five finishers for the Eagles.
- Harvard's Louis Colson won the 5K race with a time of 15:54.5.
- The Eagles return to action on Friday, Sept. 22 as they participate in the annual Coast-to-Coast Battle in Beantown at Franklin Park at 3:30 p.m.
